Project Manage the Implementation of new generation Voice Carrier interconnections (SIP)

Project Manage the changes on existing voice carrier interconnections (traffic & capacity migration, new capacity implementation, capacity ceasing)

Project Manage Number Portability projects in Multiple Counties

Analysis of Voice Carriers architecture design & Services architecture, understand requirement and processes

Analysis of Cost model details: licenses, numbering resources, transmission, traffic

Carrier Relationship and meeting

Document & maintain Network topology & technical solutions

Documenting activities, developing presentations and regular reporting

Contribute to the Network Cost Optimization: identify, implement and verify cost savings, Business Cases, Technical design optimizations

Specific task is the Capacity validation and Network Impact Assessment for any Pre Sales UCC Voice bid, requiring significant network resources (Capacity Check Process)

Mission:

As a UCC Planning Project Engineer your role will be to support the Backbone & Carrier Management team mission, managing Voice & Video Carrier Interconnect Services (Inbound & Outbound services and the numbering resources) contributing to Voice Network Quality Improvement programs (QoS, QtB), Planning and Designing Voice & Video network changes to support the Orange Business Services UCC Portfolio evolution, in line with new technology standards, control and optimize the Voice Network capacity and costs while not restricting the business.
