about the role
- define the requirements – if need with screen mock-ups – and manage the roadmap
- engage with regional IS COE if needed to define requirements
- maintain IScore documentation, including release notes, roadmap
- engage on a daily basis with the development team
- once fully into the role I expect the BA also to be able to do training sessions, particularly on new release
- the BA would be the prime contact with the Product Owner (PO =me at the moment)
- organise bi weekly calls with the IS core administrators and PO
- make sure IT tickets and bugs are followed up

· Any OOPs language (Java, C#)
· Any RDBMS (SQL, Oracle)

· web services (API, SOAP, REST)
