about the role
a)Onsite install, maintain and repair equipment in accordance with company standards and customer requirements. The equipment may include router, switch, AP, WAN accelerator, firewall, server, desktop, IPT/voice and video devices etc.
b) Perform staging, site survey and preventative maintenance and collection of equipment.
c) Provide remote support for local ASP in case needed.
d) Follow the standard dispatching process and work closely with Service Coordination Center to ensure all KPIs and SLA are met, and complete the field job with cost-efficiency and customer satisfaction.
e) Well teamwork with other engineers and teams
f) Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned by managers.
g) Overtime & after business hours stand-by are required
a) University degree in IT or related.
b) 3 years or above professional experience in IT services.
c) Router, switch, Wireless controller/AP, firewall, WAN transmission, associated cabling and CSU/DSU knowledge required.
d) Specific PC, peripherals, operating systems, software and hardware background with knowledge of LAN
e) Demonstrate good skillsets on routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, WAN acceleration, IPT and video.
f) Technical certifications of Cisco, Nortel, Juniper, Huawei or Microsoft preferred
g) Must be capable of working independently.
h) Good interpersonal and communication skills.
I) Fluent in English and Mandarin.
J) Be able to lift 30KG equipment
