about the role
Orange Moldova is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Service Desk Engineer .
The job objective is service trouble resolution, 24/7 service
monitoring and technological monitoring of Core, Billing and IN/VAS.
What you will be doing:
· 24/7 service desk technical support
· 24/7 service monitoring (service availability Mobile and Fix)
· 24/7 technological monitoring of Network Elements
· services troubleshooting
about you
What we are looking for:
· university degree in Telecommunications/Information Technologies/Informatics
· at least 2 years of experience in Mobile Support
· good knowledge of 2G, 3G and 4G architecture
· knowledge of NMS
· proficiency in Romanian, Russian and English
