about the role
We are looking for motivated people to reinforce our team. We have diversified activities and work on various tools. We will ensure training is deployed on our tools as well as our services we provide to our customers. Our aim is to work as a team in order to enable excellent service to both our customers and internal teams. . Team meetings take place once a month to share our field experience and improve our quality of service. The daily workload will consist of the following:-
- Order management composing of Account start up, Quote, Order to bill (invoicing and order queries).
- Contract validation and consistency is important prior to entering into the system.
- Interface between internal departments and the customers
- Claims management and contracts termination in cooperation with the Sales team
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Team player able to work and collaborate both within the team and with internal teams i.e. Sales, Marketing
- Excellent interpersonal skills, motivation and be customer centric
- Must be proactive, flexible, excellent organizational skills and level of autonomy .
- Capacity to articulate, demonstrate verbally or via reporting of a problem.
- Intellectual curiosity
- Fluent and articulate in French and English
base salary from 1,150 € brutto per month, actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
