Profile and Role Description    

Orange Business Services is trying to hire a Program Specialist to support the programs Orange Business Services is running in Turkey. The Program Specialist would be coordinating with sales team, sales operations, finance and Orange delivery team to ensure that Quote To Bill activities are executed smoothly and that revenue from the managed programs is being assured.  

Key responsibilities:           

• The Program Specialist supports Account Managers in defining and executing a Quote to Bill strategy, to ensure proactive management of all lifecycle stages of the process (ordering, invoicing, revenue recognition)

• The Program Specialist is responsible to translate a project/program milestone plan into a financial forecast  

• The Program specialist is coordinating constantly with the project manager to ensure that all deviations to the milestone planning that can impact the financial forecast are proactively detected and mitigated.

• In certain cases, The Program specialist maintains a view on costs incurred during the cost of the execution of a program and contributes towards the creation of PnL reports that the program might be requiring   

about you

• A minimum of 5 years of working experience in Multi National Companies.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in global Service Deployment, Service Delivery and Operations.

 • Good command of English and Arabic language

• Strong communicator

• Strong attention to details

• Basic understanding of PnL management principles
