Job description
about the role
Under the responsibility of the manager of the Enterprise Network entity (purchase of network equipment):
· You implement the Purchase process in accordance with the “7 steps” method,
· You conduct negotiations with suppliers for contracts and their riders on the scope concerned,
· You select the suppliers in order to meet the objectives of the Group / local entity,
· You communicate and ensure the use of selected suppliers and negotiated contracts,
· You manage supplier relationships at your convenience.
· You manage, while being proactive, the transformation subjects (Purchasing process, tools, IS ...) with an objective of simplification and agility,
· You interface with OBS with Group Process teams on cross-cutting issues: orders / invoices, supplier risk management, Compliance (SRM), CSR and you interact with Methods & Tools (OBS Purchasing support entity),
· You coordinate and develop the Demand Plan.
about you
· Higher education, multidisciplinary or technical Bac +2,
· You have significant experience in project management and have already managed internal supplier / specifier relationships,
· You are recognized for your interpersonal skills,
· You are a teacher and like to share your knowledge,
· You like to understand and analyze,
· You have the spirit of synthesis,
· You are rigorous,
· You have a taste for negotiation,
· You are pragmatic and know how to prioritize your activities,
· You master English,
· Your knowledge of networks (equipment, software) and / or the 7 steps process will be a plus.

· You work within a team in direct contact with the Orange Group strategy by optimizing costs on one or more categories of the department:
· - Core Network
· - WAN Network
· - Virtualisation des réseaux (SDN-NFV, UCPE, VNFs)
· You have a transversal role and interact with multiple entities.
· You work independently and manage a portfolio of transactional purchases.
