about the role

� Receive customers calls and provide point of contact for customers’ incidents.

� Handle all incidents within the time frame agreed with the customer

� Respond to all escalations on a timely manner in line with company procedures

� Support the new comers and junior members of the team

� Refer issues to correct/relevant entities and other Vendors/third parties as appropriate.

� Perform and own management escalations in line with company procedure and service

excellence policy.

� Provide langauge support to the customer as appropriate.

� Document valid Reason for Outage (RFO) when applicable and get permission for incident

closure.

� Undertake any other reasonable task as assigned.

Skills / Qualifications:

� Good customer service skills

� French and English Langauge fluency skills is a must

� “Can Do” Attitude

� Team Spirit and good interpersonal/communication skills.

� Ability to deal with different cultures and behaviours

� Good time management and organizational skills.

� Ability to work under pressure and deal with multiple tasks.

Educational background:

� At least high school diploma with fluency skills in the langauge supported (Bachelor degree is a

plus).

� Technical certificate (ex, VMware) is a plus

Professional Experience:

� ( 0 – 2 ) years in Telecommunication or customer service enviroment.

Shift work and On Call availability may be required
