about the role
Be focal point for the quality of the execution of customer requests and day-to-day account activities in order to maintain and enhance customer relationships, provides input and manages improvements related to the department responsibilities
Act as owner of the quote to order cycle at tactical level, ensuring QTO-performance is in line with customer expectations. Owns customer agreements and acts on them where needed
Coordinates activities and preparations regarding contract renewal, repricing and other large projects, to ensure the handover of information to the Sales Ops Admin role is seamless
Reports proactively on pending actions (quotes, orders, billing issues etc.) including KPI-management
Owns customer specific instructions and guidelines (price book, process, customer labeling, BAN-usage etc), ensures the documentation is up-to-date so the Sales Ops Admin role can use it
Acts as advisor to customers and account teams on QTB process matters
Proactively propose improvements on the QTB-process
Work with Billing and Accounts Receivable to resolve invoice, credit notes and payment issues
Undertake any other tasks, which may be required helping account managers or the company to reach the 4 objectives: Revenue, Order Intake, CSAT and AR
Lead or take part in assigned improvement projects, UAT, SRT etc.

additional information
3 to 5 years experience as Sales or Sales administration
Very good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Internet explorer.
Fluently orally in English and Dutch. Good in written English.
Looking for a team player that is communicative strong, organized, flexible and used to work independently in a stressful environment. Can work in virtual teams.
Experienced working towards targets and deadlines.
Is able to build a network of people, and thus getting things done – building bridges
Having a good understanding what influence invoice or payment issues can have on a company’s cash flow
Having a good understanding what influence actions have on customer experience and company objectives
