about the role

• Be focal point for customer requests and day-to-day account activities in order to maintain and enhance customer relationships with Belux accounts.
• Be owner of the quote to billing cycle:
- Create quotations for Belux existing accounts and new logo/projects
- Prepare commercial orders for the Belux accounts on basis of the provided input
- Track and ensure entries of all commercial orders and follow up once Ready For Billing,
• Work with Billing and Accounts Receivable to resolve invoice, credit notes and payment issues on smaller accounts.
• Support the account managers so they can maintain target and grow existing accounts.
• Acts as advisor to customers and account teams on Quote-To-Bill process matters
• Maintain high standards of professionalism in line with Company policy
• Undertake any other tasks, which may be required helping account managers
• Proactively propose improvements on the Quote-To-Bill-process
• Lead or take part in assigned improvement projects, UAT etc.

about you

• 3 to 4 years experience as administrative support person or Sales assistant
• Very good knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Internet explorer.
• Fluently orally in English, French and Dutch. Very good in written English.
• Be a team player that is organized, flexible and used to work independently in a stressful environment. Be a quick and independent starter
• Experienced working towards targets and deadlines.
• Having a good understanding what influence invoice or payment issues can have on a company’s cash flow
• Having a good understanding what influence their actions have on customer experience
