Responsible for the delivery of Product Specifications Documents to supplier partner(s) or delivery of process specifications to meet business specifications.

May be done in partnership with business partner(s) or via guidance to business partner(s) for execution. Defines system specifications needed to roll out flexible business models. Responsible for understanding business objectives. Performs process or functional analysis to identify gaps compared to specifications, confers and/or drives issues with management for resolution, and ensures overall fulfillment of business specifications. Responsible for day-to-day engagement with business and/or process subject matter experts. Advises and consults with business teams prioritizing allocation of people resources, addressing project team problems ensuring that all team deliverables are met, and developing and presenting proposals of project plan and getting agreement from appropriate stakeholders. Understands and applies theories to policies and operating environment needed to effectively and efficiently complete assignments.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years relevant work experience. BS/BA preferred.

Qualifications :

We are looking for a hard-working, self-starter to join the international Strategic Initiatives team. Technical Build Leads bring deep domain expertise and business acumen to support our market vertical rollouts. They will have a strong understanding of core NetSuite processes and functional build capabilities using the full range of NetSuite’s native configuration tools, in addition to being an expert in SuiteScript customization. Strong written skills and attention to detail are key requirements as they are also responsible for the creation and upkeep of solution documentation.

They will work closely with industry influence teams team to ensure the on time delivery of SuiteSuccess products and updates for the international markets to support NetSuite’s international expansion initiatives.

Responsibilities

· Provides technical leadership and assumes overall accountability for a successful implementation phase on all projects. Oversees developers, ensures solutions are properly architected and specified

· Work directly with the industry influence and Architecture teams to translate business requirements into functional and technical deliverables.

· Participate in pre development activities including writing or editing design specifications, preparing estimates, and leading requirements gathering sessions

· Create and maintain documentation associated with SuiteSuccess Solutions.

· Showcases SuiteSuccess solutions to the industry influence teams to ensure product readiness per market.

· Ensure development testing and quality assurance in line with SuiteSuccess standards defined by the Industry Solution Group standard operating procedures.

· Track and respond to SuiteSuccess support tickets to ensure proper installation of our SuiteSuccess solutions in customer accounts.

· Work directly with NetSuite Support organization to ensure continued customer satisfaction.

Skills and Expertise

· Bachelors’ degree preferably in Computer Science, Software Development or equivalent

· Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders and the ability to present complex ideas in a way that will flex to various audiences

· Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to leadership, both written and verbally.

· At least 2 years’ experience of NetSuite technical consulting with a strong and demonstrable product understanding including process flows, dashboard configuration and publishing, saved searches with formulas, expert in SuiteFlow, SuiteBundler and deep SuiteScript knowledge.

· Ability to understand, define and convey solution architecture and technical requirements in the NetSuite context

· Experience with Agile delivery principles

· Prior experience in working with Agencies is a plus.

· Strong international accounting understanding.

· Excellent communication skills in English, and cross-functional teamwork skills

· High level of comfort with ambiguity; ability to structure unstructured problems and resolve quickly
