Job description

Entry-level consulting position for those who are new to professional services and are developing their expertise. Receives detailed instruction on routine work and on new projects or assignments.

As a member of a project team, follows standard practices and procedures to analyze situations/data and provide quality work products to deliver functional and technical solutions on applications and technology installations. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying relevant Oracle methodologies and practices with limited autonomy. Implements Oracle products and technology in various industries to meet customer specifications.

0 to 2 years of experience relevant to a functional or technical role. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Demonstrates basic competence in one product or technology area. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications :

We are currently seeking smart and motivated young professionals or fresh graduates (or students graduating in 2018) to become Junior Technical Consultants to work in the Technical Services Group within NetSuite Professional Services. This position requires heavy interaction with customers in English, NetSuite implementation teams and NetSuite partners. You will be part of the team that scopes, designs, develops and deploys custom automations and workflow solutions for our customers using the NetSuite SuiteFlexTM platform. We will train you, mentor and support you to effectively develop your potential. After a six months training, you will be able to work on projects with following responsibilities:

• Gather business/technical requirements through interview and analysis 

• Develop custom solutions on NetSuite's SuiteFlexTM platform 

• Produce system design documents and participate in technical walkthroughs 

• Perform unit testing of developed solution

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or graduating this year in preferably Informatics, Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related discipline
• 0 to 2 years of experience relevant to a technical role

• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies 
 

• Knowledge or hands-on experience with programming, preferred with JavaScript/Java
• Excellent communication in English (verbal, written, and presentation)
