Job description

Desired profile

Oracle's Internal Communications departments is looking for an intern that would like to gain more experience regarding Internal communication and events organisation.
Activities are:
·  Managing the intranet
·  Managing the narrow casting system
·  Writing articles regarding successful go-lives and win – stories
·  Editing articles regarding events and other internal/external activities
·  Working closely together with PR and Marketing Communication regarding the preparation for events such as Oracle Open World and the Cloud Day
·  Supporting with organising internal events

Next to supporting the Internal Communications manager you will also be working with the Young Oracle Board. The Young Oracle board organises internal events but also works together with external companies. During the internship you will be working on developing a marketing campaign focused on promoting Young Oracle Board internally but also promote Oracle as a Top Employer for young talent to the wider IT community by means of our events.
Activities are:
·  Creating information materials
·  Optimizing Communication Plan
·  Development of a Social Media campaign
·  Promotion of YOB events.

We are looking for qualified, flexible, hands-on and motivated intern who is interested in a challenging internship.
Requirements:
·  Bachelor or Master Student in Marketing or Communication
·  Fluency in English and Dutch
·  Excellent personal communication skills: verbally and written
·  Innovative and analytic approach to problem solving
·  Positive, outgoing self-starter

The internship will start in September 2017
Duration: 5 months
Location: Utrecht
