Job description

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 2 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

1. Proven work experience in project management, handling multiple projects and priorities for various corporate wide initiatives. Experience handling project using tools like JIRA, confluence, bugDB etc.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3. Experience developing detailed project plan, deployment playbook to monitor and track progress in a.

4. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

5. Use and continually develop leadership skills

6. Strong problem solving skills and technical aptitude

7. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

8. Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborates with CPQ stakeholders and development partners by gathering and documenting requirements, building project plans, managing and promoting change, and resourcing project activities. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

2. Maintains a communication strategy through which the scope and status of PRG Config Operations initiatives are explained and communicated to all interested parties on a regular basis

3. Define effective process to optimize development lifecycle in an agile environment. Ensures quality processes and standards are followed, documented, maintained, and accessible

5. Assists with end to end quality checks of both new and modified configuration models.
