Job description

Work with Oracle*s world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle*s global infrastructure.

As a member of the IT organization, assist with the design, development, modifications, debugging, and evaluation of programs for use in internal systems within a specific function area.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.

The Incentive Compensation New Initiatives team within OAL is responsible for the design, development and implementation of solutions for Compensation and Sales Force planning teams. These applications and solutions are critical to Oracle as they are used to drive the sales planning and compensation processes for Oracle's global sales force.

Essential Functions:
· Design and develop applications using Java, JPA and ADF.
· Implement complex cross functional solutions that are high performing and with excellent quality

Desired Industry Experience :
· Overall experience of 1 to 3 years in software coding and development
· Experience building applications in Java, JPA and Hibernate
· Experience in developing web services
· Strong problem solving and analytical skills
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Education and Certification:
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in computer science or related field.
