Job description

Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 1 year of software engineering or related experience.

Summary

The Oracle Marketing Cloud (OMC) is leading transformational change in digital marketing. Oracle Marketing Cloud product development organization has a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing strategy and customer success Product Manager. Reporting to the Principal Product manager, this position is responsible for ensuring the customer success of Oracle Marketing Cloud customers from pre-sales to post-sales retention. Successful candidates will view this as an opportunity to build and drive a global business across industry verticals while enabling customer experience transformation for our customers.

Role

The Product Manager( Digital Marketing strategy and customer success) will be responsible for

·  Assisting industry specialists on an industry's key challenges, and what the core marketing KPIs in industry are from a benchmark perspective. This will help our team be able to then baseline and compare to the industry benchmark how a customer is currently performing on generating revenue from marketing tactics, and help with QBRs. Tracking the KPIs over time will help establish the business value our solutions provide as we tie these increases to specific marketing programs driven by our technology.
·  Help guide customers/prospects on how to make them more competitive by implementing and expanding their sophistication in using our features (like STO, Rapid Retargeter - Responsys, and Lead scoring, sales profiler - Eloqua, plus add-on of Maxymiser and Infinity).
·  Constantly monitor the feature usage of our best customers and draw valuable insights that could be used as best practices and benchmarks for other customers. The outputs could also be used as basis for proposing recommendations for effective utilization of products.
·  Analyze and report on sudden drops in usage of any particular feature or part of the platform to product team so that they can pre-empt and fix the problems before they become bigger problems.
·  The resources should be able to engage with customer on an as needed basis.

Responsibilities

· 
Support execution of Oracle Marketing Cloud strategy and customer success in both the B2B and B2C space.

· 
Provide cross industry subject matter expertise and relevant industry solutions.

· 
Maintain a deep understanding of the Oracle Marketing Cloud's Suite of products and how they bring value to Oracle marketing Cloud customers.

· 
Monitor and analyze the feature usage of top 100 customers and draw valuable insights that could be used as best practices and benchmarks for other customers.

· 
Create work products to guide customers/prospects on how to make them more competitive by implementing and expanding their sophistication in using OMC features.

· 
Engage with Customers through CSM team to ensure effective utilization of OMC products and ensure smooth renewals and reduce churn.

· 
Conduct primary research on customers and competitors to aid sales and CSM teams.

· 
Create and update deliverable to support Quarterly Business Reviews for identified lighthouse customers.

· 
Customize presentations for specific customers and prospects based on templates developed with Industry Team and Outbound Product Marketing.

Qualifications and Requirements

·  2 to 4 years of experience as a Digital marketing analytics or Digital marketing consultant.
·  In-depth level of knowledge in digital marketing.
·  Experienced in strategic and analytical management of digital campaigns.
·  Well versed in leveraging data in marketing automation.
·  Adept in customer engagement.
·  A working knowledge of marketing automation plataforms.
·  Experience and certifications on Eloqua/Responsys/Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms would be a plus.
·  Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
·  Strong documentation of the analysis work and reporting.
·  Strong document management practice.
·  Quality mindset and attention to detail.
