An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Job Description:

·  Provide pre and post-sales technical services and support for OC-DSR, OC-EAGLE and EPAP to Oracle CGBU customers.
·  Plan and execute configuration, database conversions, cutover support, system migrations, system provisioning, and other services as needed for OC-DSR/OC-EAGLE/EPAP.
·  Provide installation, expansion and upgrade support for OC-DSR, OC-EAGLE, EPAP and other products in bare metal and cloud platforms and coordinate the installation work of others as needed.
·  Work with customers to ensure technical compatibility with third party products required for "turnkey" network implementations.
·  Complete large sized implementation assignments (multiple Oracle product configurations).
·  Create SAED, HLD (High level design) and LLD (low level Design Documents.
·  Create, maintain and update detailed Statements of Work (SOW's), Methods of Procedures (MOP's), Completion Notices (CN's), project plans and schedules of activities and deliverables.
·  Create proposals for new sales opportunities including technical presentation, solution design, effort estimation, scope finalization based on requirement and offer to customer.
·  Support, create and execute customer acceptance test plans (ATP's).
·  Assist in the sales cycle to understand size and scope customer requirements for complex service implementation of Oracle products including capacity analysis, database sizing requirements, special feature implementation, etc.
·  Perform integration of network nodes and play the role for designing and integration network nodes in the 2G/3G/4G LTE/IMS network.
·  Prepare and load complex Oracle product configurations and provisioning.
·  Perform acceptances for the product and applications.
·  Perform onsite Upgrades/migrations.
·  Perform onsite/remote troubleshooting of the issues reported during the project deployment cycle
·  Be an effective team player and work under leadership, with team mates and subordinates.
·  Effectively communicate and work with the Customer Service management team and project managers in a multiple project environment.
·  Perform the duties assigned by management effectively and most efficiently to meet organizational goals.
·  Complete technical audits of customer Telecoms networks.
·  Complete customer network growth and capacity analysis projects.
·  Should be able to conduct Special internal and customer workshop when not covered by Training department.
·  Assist Customer and Oracle IT to setup VPN for remote connections.
·  Should be ready to travel on short notices when needed.

Qualification, Experience, Communication and Inter-personal skills desired :

·  BS/B.Tech in Computer Science, Communication Engineering or equivalent plus a minimum of 8+ years' experience in a technical work environment.
·  Excellent problem solving/analytical skills.
·  Strong oral and written communications skills. Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate work status, risks and issues.
·  Experience with system installations at a customer site, supervising cabling and hardware mounting with contract help.
·  Must have advanced knowledge of SS7/Sigtran/GSM MAP/TCAP/ protocol knowledge.
·  In Depth knowledge and hands on experience of emerging technology- PCRF/PCEF, DPI, DRA, AAA, Diameter and Diameter interfaces (Gx,Gy,S6a,S13,Sy,Ro,Cx,Sh etc) used in 4G LTE and IMS environment.
·  Must have experience of working on Complex telecom project for deployment of SS7 and Diameter Nodes/applications.
·  Working experience on Oracle DSR, EAGLE and EPAP is mandatory.
·  Must have high level understanding of Cloud concepts (Openstack, VMWare etc).
·  Must have understanding of HP Blade cluster and Oracle Rack Mount servers with knowledge of switching components.
·  Must have high level of trouble shooting skills and knowledge of various tools needed for problem diagnosis and corrective measures.
·  Must have experience in creating project technical document like SAED/NAPD/HLD/LLD/ATP/SOW/ATPs.
·  Knowledge of Mobile Number Portability Solution is highly desired.
·  A good understanding on screening and policing is required.
·  Knowledge and experience with UNIX/Linux/Solaris would be a plus.
·  Knowledge and Shell scripting is desired.
·  Knowledge of Seagull scripting is desired.
·  Knowledge of Java scripting, Perl scripting, PHP scripting is desired.
·  Linux and Oracle database knowledge would be a plus.
·  Experience with MS Office including Visio.
·  Understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, switches and VOIP applications in a telephony environment.
·  Ability to interpret and develop detailed network/system drawings as needed.
·  Working knowledge of domestic and international network architectures and network implementations is a plus.
·  Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with Field service experience in customer facing roles.
·  Ability to effectively deal with multiple activities and changing priorities and proven problem solving and organizational skills.
·  Perform under pressure in critical situations.
·  Willing to do domestic and international travel with minimal notice up to 50% of the time and occasionally more often.
·  Ability to act under leader direction and exercise a leadership.
·  Ability to effectively manage issues according to the company guidelines and procedures (SR, RMA etc.).
·  Ability to help the PM in his activity
·  Willing to work in 24x7 environment on or off site based on project requirement.
