Job description

Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.

Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 5 years of related experience. Secondary education in Marketing or a related field preferred.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Manage and own GTM relationships between Oracle Data Cloud and TV Video platform partnership teams

Be the subject matter expert for all ODC|Platform solutions

Enable and educate both ODC and Platform partner go-to-market teams to ensure there is broad knowledge and understanding of how ODC product offerings benefit our partnerships.

Provide sales support and strategy to GTM teams to maximize revenue opportunities

Acquire an understanding of our TV Video platforms sales needs and work with partner management to prioritize and roll out new solutions

Partner Development will work to build relationships within our pod's platforms & identify strategic opportunities that drive revenue for both parties. By understanding our platforms business and ensuring the marketplace knows our joint capabilities, you will help solve real world marketing challenges for partners, brands and agencies.

This role reports to the TV and Video Team lead and works closely with other members of the Partner Development and Partner Management teams. This is not a digital media sales position but an opportunity to interface with all parts of the digital, video and TV ad-tech ecosystem, acting as the primary evangelist for Oracle Data Cloud products and services available across platforms. Key responsibilities include:

Manage relationships with our Platform partner's sales and account management teams, with a focus on growing revenue.

Be the ODC sales point person for assigned Partners sales team and the Partners point person for assigned ODC sales teams to build a strategic, mutually beneficial partnership.

Ability to translate ideas into the programmatic space including, but not limited to, measurement, data targeting and performance pricing models

Understand how to package solutions to support marketing objectives

Drive sales and seller education by hosting formal partner trainings and meetings. Be the eyes and ears on the ground, delivering feedback to the leadership and Partner Management team to prioritize business initiatives within our book of business.

Drive Data education and seller trainings with our TV Video Partners

Gather competitive insights and market feedback to prioritize internal development at the ODC.

Build relationships with all sales and account management leads

Map and understand our Partners GTM org: identify key players, decision makers, and influencers

Account Planning: know assigned sales reps accounts for purpose of prioritizing and driving resources internally to align with demand

Serve as the day-to-day sales/solutions contact for assigned ODC and Partners Sales & Account teams

Cover and attend all pertinent Partner or Client facing events

Ensure the ODC is represented and our content is pushed at Partner events, marketing, trainings, etc.

Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years sales, sales support, or business development experience working at or with advertising agencies, or digital/Video/TV media providers (DSPs, DMPs, SSPs)

Experience in sales and/or account management with a vertical industry experience a plus (CPG, Retail, etc.)

Demonstrated track record in the ability to build and grow revenue oriented businesses.

Strong understanding of data-driven targeting practice

Understanding of both online and offline measurement tools and solutions

Solid verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to make executive level presentations.
