Job description

Maintains and repairs Oracle*s facilities, equipment, and grounds.

Maintains and repairs the facility's structure, equipment and grounds, including plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Performs skilled trades work, such as carpentry or painting in the construction, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures. Works with manufacturing or process engineering in the installation or repair of building plumbing and wiring needed in the production process. Makes periodic or special inspections of the premise to determine repair work necessary. Works from blueprints, drawings or rough sketches.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.
