Job description

Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization's financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. Relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 2 plus years relevant work experience.

EMEA Applications Renewals Sales Success Representative

We seek an exceptional Renewals Sales Success Representative to support sales teams in Oracle's EMEA Applications business. You will be responsible for assisting our Applications Sales organisation with SaaS renewals administrative & operational activities.

As part of the Renewals Sales Success Team, you will serve as single point of contact for the Sales Representatives and OD Account Management Representatives. You will be responsible for the preparation of customer renewal quotations, supporting approvals, processing associated documentation in conjunction/coordination with other internal teams.
The Renewals Sales Success Representative is an individual with exceptional organizational skills, energetic, detailed oriented and has the ability to work under pressure & to deadlines.

REPONSIBILITIES:
• Act as a point of contact for SaaS Renewal processes and queries.
• Support the Sales Representative with approvals
• Follow up with approvers when RFI are raised.
• Prepare non-standard templates for indirect deals.
• Keep our internal tracking systems updated with real time renewal updates
• Ensure all the relevant documents are provided to support the release of Renewals ordering documents for customers.
• Work across various departments to resolve problems, ensure timely renewals and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Interact with the cash collection team, rev recognition and other internal teamand handling of queries.
• Understand order to cash processes and product pricings.

ACCOUNTABILITIES / SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Ability to collaborate and communicate with different stakeholders
• High levels of energy, passion, creativity and enthusiasm. 

• Excellent communication and operational skills. 

• 2+years of experience in admin, quoting, or sales support functions.
• An understanding of our Applications product portfolio and SaaS offerings.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands.
• Ability to work within a highly competitive, time pressure and complex environment.
• Intermediate / advanced Excel skills and CRM systems (e.g. Fusion & Sales intelligence)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or IT related discipline
• Fluency in English and any of the languages such French, Spanish, Italian, and Arabic etc. is an advantage.
