Job description

The primary focus is to plan, manage and develop a team of OD Prime Sales Representatives. Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Oracle's opportunities across a subset of products, product lines or services directly or via partners to small-and medium sized accounts.

Manages a team of OD Prime Sales Representatives/Managers for a territory/region. Participates as a team member in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Develops working relationships with license, consulting, education, and/or support field managers to develop joint account plans. Develops and executes strategic plans utilizing resources from various marketing and sales functions to maximize revenue with frequent guidance from the area manager or director. Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff. Handles escalations and participates directly in complex sales situations to negotiate and/or resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction. Conducts sales forecasts, territory planning, demand generation, deal strategy development and trend analysis.

Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet business needs. Thorough understanding of Oracle's products and services. Ability to lead sales team in all areas of the sales cycle. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to negotiate price, other concessions and terms and conditions. Strong quantitative, analytical, and conflict resolution ability. Degree in Business or Computer Science preferred with 5 - 7 years sales or sales management experience.

Cloud Digital Sales Manager – Vietnam Territory
Based in Singapore, Oracle Digital Hub - ASEAN, you are responsible lead a team of Cloud Digital Sales Representative to selling Oracle's next generation of cloud, platform and infrastructure software solutions for mid-market business in Vietnam Territory. You will define, evolve and develop your sales team and business model to achieve business goals. We are looking for a visionary leader who possesses a hunter mindset and aspires to develop the next generation of sales professionals in digital selling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Cloud Digital Sales Team to deliver sales target for Vietnam territory
• Develop sales strategies and drive execution with your team to market Cloud & IT solution directly or through alliance channel
• Define the right target customers and assign account territories and targets for your team
• Set clear goals and objectives and drive your team to achieve their KPIs
• Identify new business opportunities and develop effective go-to-market campaigns
• Select, develop and coach your team in social selling and be digitally responsive to engage with prospects & clients
• Prepare & deliver presentation of business application solution to prospective clients
• Travel to customer sites and support your team to develop & close sales opportunities
• Conducts sales forecasts, territory planning, demand generation, deal strategy development and trend analysis
• Collaborates with other Line of Business in: Applications, Marketing, Consulting & support team to uncover customers' need

Requirements
• 5-7+ year of B2B solution sales experience in IT technology or cloud solution
• 3+ year in people management experience in an IT solution sales environment
• Proven record of success in acquiring new business and managing complex sales cycle preferably in Vietnam market
• Fluency in written and verbal communication in English and Vietnam language is essential
• Sales experience in volume market in mid-market businesses is highly preferred
• Excellent solution selling skills including business justification, presentation and negotiation
• Good problem solver with ability to build and maintain strong collaborative partnerships
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• Degree in any disciples from a recognized institution
