Account Manager, Platform Partnerships - Moat

Job description

Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.

Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 2 years of related experience with a secondary education in Marketing or a related field.

About the Opportunity

·  Support enterprise partnerships, including social networks and discovery platforms.
·  Collaborate with Moat's engineering and operations teams to project manage open items and create positive client experiences.
·  Become subject matter expert on enterprise partnerships, acting as internal resource for training, documentation, and client meetings as needed.
·  Be point person in client discussions by email, over the phone, and in person.
·  Lead regular in-person trainings, meetings, and quarterly business reviews.
·  Provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders about partnership adoption.
·  Proactively review and monitor clients' Analytics numbers.
·  Become an expert on the strengths and capabilities of Moat's products and services. Spot opportunities and educate partners about our Analytics platform.

About You

·  Experience with campaign management and/or creative optimization on social platforms.
·  Positive, clear, and professional written and phone communication.
·  Strong and comfortable presentation skills.
·  Strong Excel skills.
·  BS or BA Degree from a highly competitive school.
·  Outstanding attention to detail.
·  Positive outlook.
·  Intellectual curiosity.
