Software Engineer / Web Developer

Job description

We are a dynamic startup based in Central London. With our SaaS platform, ODICCI, we help brands like Virgin Holidays, Paperchase, Ryman, Givenchy creating fun and interactive digital experiences to engage with audiences offline and online. We use different languages such as Ruby, Javascript, ReactJS / AngularJS, Postgres, HTML, CSS and eventually some PHP.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic web developer to help us build fun, intelligent interactive experiences for our Clients and come up with innovative, creative ideas... thinking outside the box.

As a developer hungry for in-house experience, you’ll have the ability and initiative to help develop our platform. You’ll be able to work within existing guidelines and work with legacy code.

Desired profile

Requirements:
Eager to learn
Team worker
Excellent knowledge of at least one object oriented language (Ruby preferred)
Knowledge of Javascript and CSS knowledge
Knowledge of PostGres, SQL, database management

Desirable:
Experience in commercial software development
Familiarity with Agile software development
University degree in computer science or equivalent
Knowledge of TDD

You are London-based or willing to relocate to London. You are allowed to work in the UK.
