Job description

As a Digital Product Owner you are responsible for our end-user tools in our EMEA region. You are responsible for our digital products from A-Z.
Responsibilities:
* You act as an evangelist of your products
* Together with your management you work on the strategy, roadmap and feature definition.
* You ensure our end-user tools enhance the user journey
* You work closely with the Global Product Owners and several Subject Matter Experts across departments to ensure we meet our business needs
* You closely work with the User Experience Specialist to conduct user tests and interviews that enable you to understand the user needs, which you translate into requirements and acceptance criteria which are in line with the business needs
* You work closely with your product team to ensure a smooth technical implementation
* You work in an agile way
*  You report on ongoing features, roadmap and results (predefined KPI’s)

Desired profile

* Min 3 years in a similar role. Experience with the direct selling industry or cosmetics industry are a plus
* Bachelor degree Marketing or IT, with a strong digital link
* Likes working agile/scrum methodology
* Knowlegde of tools like Jira and Confluence are a plus
* Knowledge of analytical tools like Google Analytics is a plus
* English, both written and verbal
* User-driven
* Excellent organization and coordination skills
* Be curious. Testing and explore new options in order to create the best possible deliverables and measure the impact it has on our end-users. Strive for improvements
* Have an analytic mindset. You can translate needs, observations and KPI’s into doable actions
* Good understanding of the digital landscape in EMEA. You are familiar with the latest E-commerce trends
* Like to work in an international context and maintain an uplifting work atmosphere}
