Job Description

Sets business plans, priorities, budgets and performance objectives for assigned Key Accounts, to be approved by Head of KAM; ensures cross-functional understanding of these plans with Marketing, Sales, Market Access and other key functions. • Allocates resources across Key Accounts to meet the business plan. • Ensures fulfilment of contractual obligations with Key Account customers. • Acts as point of integration for services across the Novartis portfolio in specific Key Accounts. • Ensures achievement of the Key Account Plans and delivery of the required financial results. • Provides expert insight into the local healthcare system, legislation and their impact on Key Accounts. • Builds and sustains long-term customer partnerships with Key Accounts that create mutual value. • Ensures access and influence to Key Account and legislative decision-makers in order to achieve a favourable position for the Novartis portfolio. • Performs and reports on competitive intelligence activities on Key Accounts. • Runs or works on projects that develop KAM capability throughout the CPO • Provides leadership, mentoring and coaching to assigned KAM associates.

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

4-year University degree Fluent in both Korean and in English 3-4 years’ operational experience in customer-facing roles with some people management positions including Key Account Management. Good experience in general hospitals as FLM/SLM preferred.
