Provide administrative support to ensure that operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner through:
• Typing correspondence, reports and other documents
• Maintaining proper filing system
• Opening and distributing the mail
• Taking minutes at meetings
• Distributing minutes
• Coordinating repairs to office equipment
• Provide support to the department to ensure that it is provided with the resources to make effective decisions
• Maintains manager’s calendar, schedules appointments based on knowledge of administrator’s responsibilities and issues of importance
• Coordinating all travel arrangements

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

Ideal candidate should hold BA of relevant academic study as well as 2-4 year of relevant experience, also demonstration of the following skills:

• Excellent command of English language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Effective organizational skills
• Computer literate with advanced proficiency in desktop applications e.g. MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
• Time management skills
