Position Title
TCS Industrial Placement
Mission and Main Objectives
To join the active function of ‘Total Customer Satisfaction' within Europe, supporting many aspects of quality management, strategy & target setting, field quality investigation & assurance, concern & root cause analysis and validation based on real customer and market feedback.
The role includes exposure to the full life cycle of the vehicle from initial concept stage right through to market & follows daily contact with the engineering centre, European manufacturing plants as well as with European markets.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
TCS industrial placements are available within various functions including:
· Quality & Strategy Management : Interpret the voice of the customer, implement quality strategy, target setting & manage results.
· Customer Experience Quality : Collate, analyse, manage customer experience at all touch points, implement & track target setting.
· Product Quality Management Office : Quality validation through development to ensure new vehicles launch at Nissan Quality level & implement recurrence prevention action for next vehicle project.
· Model Engineering : Concern detection, technical investigation, analysis and countermeasure effectiveness confirmation.
· Field Quality Assurance : Serious concern, recall and service campaign management & investigation.
· Supplier Warranty : Enable supplier warranty analysis with parts and data, facilitating routine investigations, self-improvement at suppliers and recover warranty expense.
Additional Tasks and responsibilities (include team management, if any)
Currently studying for a degree qualification or EUR equivalent, successful candidates will need to be:
· Self-motivated with strong written & verbal communication skills.
· Able to work cross functionally at all levels and respond quickly to changing demands backed up with a willingness to learn & voice own opinion.
· Numerate with strong analytical skills.
· Competent with MS Office, Excel.
