Tax Intern

Mission and Main Objectives

Nissan Europe SAS is the holding company for the European subsidiaries of the Nissan group and provides operational support for the AMIE region.
Belonging to tax team, your role would consist in assisting with tax compliance and project- related matters:
- Assistance with indirect tax compliance (VAT, excise duties, customs issues in 22 European countries);
- Assistance with direct tax compliance (corporate income tax and other French taxes);
- Follow up of the CIT consolidated cash flow for AMIE region;
- Project for finance system process update;
- Ad hoc cross-functional projects with other departments with regard to tax processes;
- Administrative support for Nissan Europe Tax & Customs team (organizing events, teem meetings, business trips, etc.)

Background & Experience

Good communication level of English (verbal and written) is a must;
Graduate in Finance (Accounting, Controlling) or in Law with a Master/LLM in Tax or a previous experience in the tax department of a law firm;
Good user level of computer skills (MS Office tools) is required, SAP (or other ERP systems like Oracle) knowledge is an advantage;
Team worker attitude;
Good analytical thinking;
Easy adaptation to an international and multiple-located environment.
