Position Title

Social Media Trainee

Mission and Main Objectives

I - Strategy: Support the Social Media Roadmap roll out across the organisation
II - Monitoring: Able to analyse and report on Nissan's social buzz across digital & social platforms via our Listening Tools
III - Insights: Participate in providing actionable insights to key stakeholders that will help improve messaging and Marketing content activations
IV - Moderation: Closely work & communicate with our moderation agency and community management team

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

·  Strategic Support: -Actively support to develop and implement our Social Media & platform strategy (with Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin) and Community Management Strategy
-Support development and implementation of Pan European projects
- Perform Benchmarks to support the team

·  Listening, Reporting & Moderation: -Participate in managing social listening tools and ensure data quality
Monitor Moderation performance & impact
-Work with key agencies for delivering Social Performance analysis & learnings
-Able to provide regular recommendations on Social Listening key metrics
-Coordinate with key internal & external stakeholders

·  Insights: Actively support on real-time feedback and insights of our social activities to drive continuous improvement within campaigns

·  Markets Coordination (5 RBUs, 27 countries in Europe) -Set up Monthly review with the Local Markets

Background & Experience

'Marketing education/background is required. Previous experience in digital marketing & social media is preferred.
Recent non automotive experience required
Social media lover
'Full proficiency in oral & written English language
Self-motivated to enhance his/her abilities in a very fast moving and competitive environment.
Social media applications
Full proficiencies on Office applications, especially Excel, PPT.
Analytics understanding
Team Spirit and curious
