We are looking for an IS Contract & Relationship Management Coordinator
Position based in Montigny Le Bretonneux, France
Mission and Main Objectives
· The IS Contract & Vendor Management Office mission is to optimally develop, manage and control vendor contracts, relationships and performance for the efficient delivery of contracted products and services
· The ultimate purpose is to help end users meet their business objectives, minimize potential business disruption, avoid deal and delivery failure, and ensure more-sustainable multi-sourcing, while driving the most value from vendors.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
· Within the IS Contract & Vendor Management Office, your principal mission will be to manage and optimize services and supplier contracts
· This includes mitigating operational, technical, commercial, financial and legal risks, optimizing costs and evaluating vendors' performance
· Interfacing with Purchasing, you will determine conjointly the implementation of effective short and long term purchasing strategies compliant with company needs and local market conditions
· You will also help select and categorize the vendors to ensure the right contract, metrics and relationship are implemented
· You will also be involved in the roll-out of the Software Asset Management Programme (SAM)
· Interfacing with the business units, you will participate in commercial meetings and support the preparation of RFIs & RFPs including the technical and commercial specifications if necessary
· You will also be responsible for understanding the business processes which are supported by the local IS developments (Shadow IT)
· Interfacing with finance, you will contribute with market in the budgeting process and finance management
· Interfacing with Legal, you will get involved at early stages of vendor selection to provide guidance, and review of final legal documents during the entire contract lifecycle

Background & Experience
We are looking for transparent, high performing, and committed candidates with:
· Understanding of IS/IT sourcing, procurement and vendor contract management processes and tools
· Good knowledge of information systems project management
· Background in vendor partnership management
· A certification from IACCM or E-SCM will be a plus
· English will be your working language. An additional language is a plus
Minimum Education Required
Bachelors Degree

· Analytical mindset to support data-driven decision-making
· Positive, solution-oriented vision to bring creative, technology-driven solutions to the industry
· Understanding of contract law as it pertains to the IT sector (intellectual property law, data privacy, etc …)
