We are looking for an IS Business and Applications Architect CRM

Mission and main objectives

The Information Systems (IS) CRM Architect, under general direction of the Enterprise Architecture Manager, and member of the Enterprise Businesses & Applications Architecture team, will be responsible for the design and evolution of the Enterprise Business and Solutions Architecture.

The CRM architect will be involved in Nissan's Europe breakthrough Digital Customer Experience Transformation program, led by the Sales & Marketing business unit, and will support the areas of Customer Relationship Management, Sales & Field Force Automation, Digital Commerce, and Campaigns Automation.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

The CRM Architect

• Will create and/or lead Solution Architectures aligned to business requirements and architecture guidelines for the Sales & Service domain (CRM, Sales & Field Force Automation, eCommerce, Order Management & Fulfillment and Campaigns Automation)

• Will provide subject matter & design expertise for the design & implementation of business processes and solutions in the Sales & Service domain, and ensuring a single point of contact for CRM & Campaign Management technologies in the Architecture team

• Will create business & solution architecture requirements & designs and perform as-is architecture analysis to ensure the enterprise architecture is well documented

• Will apply BPM and software architecture concepts to design and guide solutions that meet business requirements, considering nonfunctional requirements such as flexibility, security and manageability

• Will coordinate with the wider business, information and technology architecture practice to obtain and develop architecture guidelines and common practices and achieve a balance between user needs, enterprise requirements and technology constraints

• Will develop, maintain and communicate architecture roadmaps & transition architectures and solution portfolios

• Will identify architecture risks & concerns and propose mitigation plans

• Will communicate and collaborate with business and IS/IT stakeholders to inform and advise them of architecture activities and ensure that architecture requirements and recommendations are adhered to

• Will monitor business and technology trends that will impact the business, IS/IT and its extended ecosystem, and analyses the possible reactions to these trends and for opportunities to innovate

• Will provide quality assurance of suppliers and software vendor documentations and solutions to ensure compliance with architecture requirements and procurement

Background & Experience

• At least 3 to 5 years in Architecture roles with a focus in CRM business solutions or past experiences in implementing and managing CRM (Sales & Service Force Automation, Campaign Automation, e-Commerce B2B/B2C) solutions & projects
• Ideally, having acted as principal architect on at least one major CRM or Ecommerce project, reinforced by having delivered at least 2 projects in CRM technologies
• Experience of working through complex architectural layers (Business, Data, Application, Infrastructure)
• Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and business environments
• Good knowledge of CRM technologies in the business context of Digital Marketing, Sales and After Sales Services
• Beneficial: Experience in the Automotive or/and Telecommunications, Consumer Durable Goods Retail Industry

Specific Technical Skills

• Proven record of hands-on design and implementation experience in CRM (Customer Management, Case Management, Campaign Automation, e-Commerce, Self-Care)
• Proven knowledge of CRM supporting technologies (e.g. CMS, Portal, e-Commerce, Web Services and Data Integration
• TOGAF or other EA Methodology Knowledge/Certified: nice to have
• Experience in SalesForce and/or Adobe Campaign: nice to have
• Experience in Agile Modeling & Development Methodologies: nice to have

Soft skills:

• Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
• Track record for thinking about more than technology issues, and for integrating the technical with the business and information aspects for complete solutions
• Flexible & Results driven, motivated and focused on long-term objectives, good listener, open-minded, collaborative
• Able to travel regularly in Europe and oversees
