Position Title

CMM Small Cars Trainee

Mission and Main Objectives

·  Support Small Car CMM team by helping towards launches of new products and the monitoring for key performance indicators on a regular basis

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

·  Provide product launch support & manage vehicle logistics (trial cars)
·  Update New Car Buyer's Survey (customer profile analysis)
·  Support marketing platform updates, product manager days & internal meetings
·  Create & produce weekly/monthly performance monitoring tools for Small Car team (dashboards, financials)
·  Support Small Car team with ad-hoc activities in terms of Mid-Term Business Planning preparation & Product Milestones

Background & Experience

·  Business related degree
·  Interest in the Automotive Industry
·  Has previous work experience in Marketing or Sales
·  Can demonstrate a combination of creativity & analytical skills
·  Committed, adaptable, energetic

Minimum Education Required

University degree

Specific Technical Skills

·  Strong appreciation of Excel / Financials
·  Useful to also have experience of MTAB
