Position Title
Infiniti Corporate Sales Trainee
Mission and Main Objectives
· acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence
· managing meetings and appointments
· managing, travel, transport and accommodation
· organizing events and conferences
· keeping track of tasks and deadlines
· preparing reports, presentations
· managing databases and filing systems, fleet codes
· implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
· liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
· miscellaneous tasks to support the department.
