Position Title

Incentives specialist Coordinator

Mission and Main Objectives

The mission of the Marketing Incentive Coordinator is to deliver marketing programs smooth tactical deployment.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

- In charge of IMS2 (incentive management system)
- Ensure Marketing campaigns consistency by sales channel
- Support the Marketing Planning section manager for VME Reforecast process by consolidating VME actuals & var vs assumptions
- Coordinate input for incentive campaign packs, quarterly delivered to network through GDAC
- Manage dealers claims, mitigate them and ensure escalation process is activated
- Report claims / campaign performance vs targets
- Responsible for Incentives process and communication to Dealer network
- Scorecard development with Microsoft Power BI

- 1 year experience

Masters Degree

- Commercial analysis - pricing, Produit Marché
- Microsoft Office Suite + MS Access + MS Power BI
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- IMS / local system management
