Finance Data Analyst

We're currently looking for a Finance Data Analyst to join our team at Nissan Europe.
Finance Break through (FBT) project is an optimization and standardization program for financial, billing and reporting processes that aims to improve the quality and value of the financial systems that are delivered to the functions by implementing simplified processes.
Data Migration activity is essential in this project and consist on migrate all master data and transactional data from the legacy system used by the Nissan entity to a new one: “FBT”

Main Tasks & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
· Review and analyze data from a Source System and compare to Target System
· Cleansing data directly in source system or cleansing after extracting data on spreadsheets
· Maintain the accuracy and completeness of client data in all business systems
· Ensure the delivery according to the planning
· Progress reports and risk escalation to the data migration lead
· Be the point of contact of the local entity for question or data regarding his scope

Background & Experience
· Good verbal and written communication skills in English and French, with a good understanding of business language
· Excellent operating and analysis skills using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
· Experience and flair for ad hoc database operation and management
· Proven ability to review volumes of data and assess data quality
· Able to work on multiple tasks and to tight deadlines
· Autonomy, curiosity and good social skills are needed
Minimum Education Required
Masters Degree
Specific Technical Skills
· Good knowledge of accounting, controlling jobs and processes, preferably in Automotive industry
· 1 to 2 years in experience on SAP implementation
· Good knowledge of SAP
· Good knowledge of MS office tools.
· Ability to operate in a complex and multicultural environment
· Good level of analytic skills mandatory
· Detail oriented and intellectually curious
· Some travels may be required (Europe only)

- Knowledge of accounting, controlling jobs and processes, preferably in Automotive industry
- 1 to 3 years in experience on SAP implementation
- Good understanding of steps and methods for data migration key activities (enrichment, data checks, reconciliation files)
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Working knowledge of MS office tools.
- Ability to operate in a complex and multicultural environment
- Good level of analytic skills mandatory
