Position Title

Data Migration Specialist (Finance department) - Fixed Term Contract

Mission and Main Objectives

Join Nissan Europe SAS (NESAS) as a Data Migration Analyst working with our Finance team on a one year fixed term contract.

Finance Break through (FBT) project is an optimization and standardization program for financial, billing and reporting processes that aims to improve the quality and value of the financial systems that are delivered to the functions by implementing simplified processes.

Data Migration activity is essential in this project and consist on migrate all master data and transactional data from the legacy system used by the Nissan entity to a new one: “FBT”

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Review and analyse data from a Source System and compare to Target System
• Cleansing data directly in source system or after extracting on spreadsheets
• Maintain the accuracy and completeness of client data in all business systems
• Ensure the delivery according to the planning
• Progress reports and risk escalation to the data migration lead
• Be the point of contact of the local entity for question or data regarding his scope

Background & Experience

• Good knowledge of accounting, controlling jobs and processes, preferably in Automotive industry
• 2 to 4 years of experience on ERP implementation (SAP preferred)
• Good Knowledge of Factories process and issues
• Good knowledge of an ERP
• Good knowledge of MS office tools.
• Fluent in English, other language is a plus (French, Spanish)
• Ability to operate in a complex and multicultural environment
• Good level of analytic skills mandatory
• Detail oriented and intellectually curious
• Some travels may be required (Europe only)
