Position Title

CRM: Database and Campaign Management - Trainee 6 months

Mission and Main Objectives

Support NE Business Data Team and End Users (RBUs, central and Local Agencies) in delivering communications about new features, processes, incidents and organization.
The trainee will report to NE Business Data Team.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

·  Maintain all end users documentations up to date based on new developments (user guide, training support, data model referential, …)
·  Initial and regular Training deck formalization (Adobe Campaign and Business Object)
·  Daily coordination of support to RBUs
·  Organize meetings with RBUs while ensuring list of open issues are up to date, followed by IS department + redaction of minutes/next steps
·  Support Tools operators management (creation requests, profiles updates)

Additional Tasks and responsibilities (include team management, if any)

·  Office environment (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
·  Fluent English required
·  Good redaction, communication and excellent relationship skills
·  Ability to work efficiently in multi-cultural AND cross-functional environment Prior Experience:
Please note that no specific prior experience is required as we are looking for someone young with motivation and good energy.
