We're currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mississauga, ON .

Responsibilities:
·  The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to wide range of telephone inquiries from Customers and Dealers.
·  Responds to and resolves incoming dealer/customer inquiries and requests for all of Canada
·  Completes outgoing calls including lease transfer follow-up, payout problems, and any other calls necessary to respond to inquiries or issues.
·  Assist in handling all incoming customer mail and emails. Requirements:
·  MUST be Bilingual in French and English.
·  Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
·  University degree preferred but College Degree is acceptable
·  Capacity to maintain a customer focus in challenging circumstances and with high call volumes
·  Excellent ability to multi-task and attention to detail
