POST PAYROLL
- GARNISHMENTS: management of garnishments/oppositions for NIKE RETAIL BV/NIKE FRANCE each month. (consult the process for more information)
- FINAL SETTLEMENT (TERMINATIONS) MANAGEMENT: do and dispatch STC's from 2 to 3 times a month (see the process for more information
PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION
- INCOMING MAIL MANAGEMENT :
Sick leaves
Press : Articles Liaisons sociales/RF Paye
Advertisement
Spontaneous applications (internship/traineeship/ jobs and etc.)
Temporary contracts from interim agencies
Return of the registered mail sent from NIKE France (unknown addresses, not-retrieved and etc.) -> put them in a box.

- CLASSIFICATION: Daily classification of the received documents
- MEDICAL VISITS MANAGEMENT :
Planify monthly medical visits with the AMETIF medical center (different profiles of workers: newly hired/resumption of work/regular check…).
APPLICATIONS MANAGEMENT
- SPONTANEOUS APPLICATIONS FOR INTERNSHIP/TRAININGSHIP BY MAIL/E-MAIL:
Send a ready-made answer by mail to the applicants (see the process for more information)
- SPONTANEOUS APPLICATION FOR LONG-TERM JOBS:
Check with HR TEAM before sending the applications to the EHQ or DTC
If related to NIKE activities >> send WS to EHQ) / send DTC to TA DTC (Retail recruitment)
- CHECK WITH HR INTERN IN CHARGE OF RECRUTEMENT
Check on the accepted and denied applications.
If an application was denied: send a ready-made answer to the applicant
HR DIRECT SUPPORT
- Check with HR TEAM before sending e-mails to HR DIRECT of all of the documents received at Nike France (payroll, sick leaves, benefits,
- RECEPTION OF TEMPORARY WORKER CONTRACTS – punctual missions, long term
- DISPATCH SIGNED AND STAMPED CONTRACTS BACK TO THE AGENCIES
Profil recherché
· 4th or 3th year student in Human Resources or Business Administration
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· High energy level and an interest in the challenges of the sport industry
· An experience in Human Resources and/or Retail industry is a plus!
· Fluent in English
· High organizational skills and great attention to details
· Ambitious, autonomous and information seeking attitude
· Passion about the brand
