Internship Customer Operations

Job description

Joining our Operations team will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience into the world of Nike Customer Operations and master the fundamentals of Supply Chain.

As a Customer Operations intern, will play a key supportive role for one of Nike's head accounts:

• Support Nike in driving sales performance and excellent customer satisfaction;
• Learn how to service an account;
• Support in export or shipments activities;
• Analyze and create reports related to different business processes;
• Contribute to performance management;
• Provide project management support;
• Business planning.

Please note that we will assign you to specific projects and responsibilities based on your personal preferences as well as your performance during the recruitment process.

Desired profile

• Education: 3rd/4th year student within Business Administration, Finance, Management or other related faculty;
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
• Ability to work in complex environment with multiple stakeholders;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Academic, volunteering or previous internship experiences related to the position are a plus (please include in your CV).

In order to be eligible for an internship, you must:

• Have an active student status for the whole duration of the internship (enrolled in a university/higher education institution);
• Have an EU passport or an EU work permit.

Start date: August 1st, 2017
Duration: 6/12 months
This internship is open to students outside of the Netherlands.
