Job description

As a HR Administration Specialist in our Talent Acquisition Operations Team you will be supporting the Human Resources Global Shared Services by managing all requirements associated with pre boarding of external hires, including data management and compliance, creation of contracts & pre boarding packets, collection of all documentation and related tasks. You will specifically be supporting the needs for the Spanish and/or French speaking countries.

· Process timely and accurately multi-regional Talent Acquisition requirements.
· Maintain metrics, service level agreements and vendor relationships based on analysis
· Construct and review of requirements and data objectively.
· Monitor results and activities to document and implement process improvements.
· Get deep knowledge of Nike's Talent Acquisition Management systems, processes, policies and practices

Desired profile

·  Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration economics or other related field
·  1-2 years of experience in administrative, operations, or HR experience
·  Strong customer service skills
·  Fluent in English, both written and verbal
·  Fluency in French and/or Spanish, both written and verbal
·  Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
·  Preferably worked with large scale ERP systems (i.e. SAP)
·  Ability to follow documented processes to accomplish set deliverables
·  Work well in a team driven environment
·  Effectively execute on assigned daily tasks, manage multiple priorities, and work within tight deadlines, while maintaining a high-level of quality, accuracy and confidentiality
