District Stores Manager (Siberia Region)

Job description

 Develop and maintain a healthy Nike Partner stores portfolio
 Execute NIKE strategies, influencing and developing regional business strategy
 Provide Territory insights and trends to inform Territory / EHQ / NIKE.
 Set seasonal KPI goals and Nike Stores Partners District Stores Manager Checklist / Operational Review Targets
 Conduct in-season weekly KPI tracking and monthly District Stores Manager's checklist tracking for
individual stores and for the territory / region / Fleet of stores
 Analyze store and territory reports, identify opportunities and develop plans to maximize results
 Provide accurate information on Territory and store activities to the Broader teams.
 Develop and maintain a strong relationship with planning and merchandising
to influence and optimize assortments
 Ensure all cross-functional onboarding and ongoing training is conducted by the stores
 Manage activities related to partner's fleet plans, including store openings,
refits and closings

Desired profile

 Fluency in English language, Native Russian
 Retail experience is strongly required
 Career progress at retail
 At least 1 year of managerial experience
 Result-orientation and commitment to the consumer are required
 Position is located in Novosibirsk
