Job description
As the Business Analyst for Turkey your role will be to influence decisions through insight-driven analysis of the Operations department. You will be the champion and ‘go-to' person for all knowledge relating to the performance of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the meeting of Supply Chain operational KPIs, targets
· Proceed with analytical reporting/analysis needed for business purposes. Deliver information based on data analysis.
· Create template of reports to be used for: Order Management, Holds, Coverage, Rejections, overview of Internal Contracts.
· Partner with Customer Operations Manager on best approach for Goal settings process, create template of reports to be used
· First go-to person for territory Operations organization (including Customer Operations and Logistics functions) to solve and/or escalate system, process or training issues
· Coordinate new hire & enhancement training within the team (SAP, reporting champion)
· Make sure all Order Management related guidelines & procedures are executed to maximize operational improvement and financial growth
· Work in collaboration with relevant business parties on processes, systems, policies & procedures
· Gaining best practices and support projects of Business Analysts /Centre of Excellence European HQ community
· Support both the Customer Operations Specialists and management team by pro-actively engaging with them making sure processes and policies have been followed
· Be a contact person on alignments and ad hoc needs for other functions in your territory, e.g. Sales, G2N, Retail, Finance
Desired profile
· 3-5 years of relative experience in business analysis and/or business planning preferably in the fields of Operations, Logistics, Sales
· University Degree in Industrial Engineering or quantitative degrees (Statistics, Decision Sciences, Operations Research, Computer Science, Economics, etc.) preferred
· Demonstrate conceptual understanding of Supply Chain and Data Management business tools; must have strong SAP, Cognos and MS Office. Knowledge and experience on Excel Macro and Access.
· Proven ability to sift through data, identify critical information, develop hypotheses, perform rigorous analyses, and make intuitive recommendations to broader audiences
· Demonstrate ability to define, lead, drive and finish complex improvement projects and be very focused on results.
· Possess strong reporting, written, presentation, and verbal communication skills; effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
· Strong Communication skills in English verbal and written
· Have a commercial and customer oriented attitude; understanding of sports retail business is a plus.
