The Technical Writer will create and maintain standard operations procedures (SOP's), process maps; support workflow and quality control activities associated with data analyses procedures; act as the point person for documenting process changes, and follow change management within and across operations processes.

Job Responsibilities :

● Create, update and maintain appropriate SOPs and training materials, which include the development of checklists and frequently asked questions (FAQs)

● Create process maps, from High-level Value Stream Maps to Detailed Process Maps, including Cycle time, Total Cycle time, Wait time and Yields

● Ensure that documentation is updated for all procedural modifications

● Team with Scarborough personnel in other Nielsen offices on new development projects and assisting on existing projects as necessary.

● Assist with special projects/issues as needed to meet critical operations and/or client concerns

● Contribute to developmental projects that influence areas of responsibility, which would include documentation and test requirements

● Maintain consistent correspondence with the Quality teams, service providers, auditors, on process or procedural changes

● Respond to queries in accordance with Nielsen's policies and guidelines

● Participate in various supporting production tasks as assigned and/or as needed

● Create and support documentation in Google environment

Requirements/Skills:

● Experience with technical writing, process documentation and process mapping

● Strong organizational skills with extreme attention to detail and time management

● Reliable team player

● Ability to multitask and prioritize essential tasks

● Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

● Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Apps

● Must possess strong oral and written communication skills
