We are presently looking for an entry level Incoming Data Coordinator to format, inventory and distribute all incoming information to appropriate personnel. This position is based in the Gracenote Queensbury, NY office.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

·  Accurately and efficiently identifies and registers station schedules and updates in the database and distributes all incoming information
·  Troubleshoots EDE process to ensure continuous processing.
·  Assists with special projects as necessary.

FOR THIS ROLE WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS THAT HAVE:

·  Associate’s degree in English or a minimum if one year’s related work experience.
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Office required; office-machine skills preferred.
·  Must adapt easily to learning new computer systems.
·  Must be organized, exhibit strong attention to detail, possess multi-tasking ability as well as self-motivation and high energy.
·  Strong written and verbal communications skills.
·  Must be willing to work flexible hours.
