The Panel Relations Specialist (Customer Service Rep) is responsible for outbound and inbound calls to Nielsen panelists, reviewing performance data, and fostering positive relations.
What does a Panel Relations Specialist (Customer Service Rep) do?

Responsible for inbound and outbound calls to Nielsen panelists.
·
Builds solid, productive panelist relationships through positive communication.
·
Collects and analyzes data, providing feedback to panelists.
·
Collects and maintains demographic and device information via outbound and inbound calls to ensure quality of the data.
·
Investigates and resolves proprietary system generated panelist performance issues.
·
Schedules return calls as needed with panelists.
·
Works with support departments as needed to resolve panelist issues.
Qualifications:
In addition to a professional attitude, the successful candidate should also possess the following:

High School Diploma required, College degree or equivalent experience preferred
·
Bilingual (Spanish) required
·
Strong customer service and human relations skills
·
Outbound and inbound call experience
·
Problem solving and performance analysis abilities
·
Strong Technical Aptitude or trouble-shooting experience a plus
·
Capable of working evenings and at least one weekend day each week
·
Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
·
MS Office Suite or Google Suite experience

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation package with a base salary of $32,000 with bonus potential up to $5,500 annually. There is a potential for paid overtime based on business needs and a $1,500 language differential to those who qualify.
