Context of the Business Group :
Created last year to host all our activities in the Telecom & Data domains, the Telecom & Data Business Group will form progressively a solid part of Nexans’ growth strategy.
Telecom & Data BG is a market driven organization, covering the following segments:
- Telecom Infrastructure Operators (Cables Lan, Fiber optic cables, components)
- LAN Systems
- Submarine telecom cable
Our goal: double our revenue until 2022 through organic and external growth.
Your missions :
Controlling/accountancy:
- Assist the Financial Manager in the preparation of topics
- Participate to the budget preparation
- Lead or support some projects improving the financial controlling, accounting, credit management, hedging, tax & financing
- Lead or support some projects improving the various financial topics
- Assist with the coordination of internal and external audits at local level
Joining Nexans as a Controlling Analyst Intern is a great opportunity to develop the following skills:

Your profile :
- Strong data processing and analytical skills
- Financial knowledge
- Willingness to take responsibilities and make proposals
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to obtain cooperation in a transversal role
- Fluent French + a good knowledge in English
- Advanced user skills for Microsoft office (especially Excel for Database Handling)
- M1 or M2 Engineering School/ Business School/ Master in Finance
