We are revolutionizing how shows and movies are produced, pushing technological boundaries to efficiently deliver streaming video at massive scale over the internet, and continuously improving and personalizing how content is presented to our more than 150 million members around the globe.    The Team: Netflix is expanding its streaming experience globally. In order to deliver an exciting and engaging experience to millions of users worldwide, we need to be able to capture and curate hundreds of thousands of assets in a wide variety of variations. These assets are ordered, tracked and managed via multiple services in our ecosystem. We are continuously evolving these services and building new ones to enable effective production and distribution of creatives to support the launch and promotion of our content via Netflix catalog and marketing.   The Content Business Services Engineering team builds and supports horizontal business services that encapsulate shared patterns and common application logic across content applications.  The team builds backend services that power user interfaces that are used internally at Netflix as well as externally by our content partners,  fulfillment partners, creative agencies and freelancers that work with Netflix to curate one of the best entertainment catalogs in the world.    Our charter is to build core foundations like centralized ordering, marketplace, asset discovery and asset requirements. We work with many different partners at Netflix to deliver an unmatched consumer experience.    In 2020, Netflix Content Engineering will be hosting a small number of summer interns, growing upon our positive experiences from previous summers.
