The Opportunity
We are seeking a Coordinator of Production Planning & Services as part of our Worldwide Studio Operations team, to manage the daily workflow of operations internally. The ideal candidate will have experience in Physical Production in Features and/or Series, is highly-driven, and possesses an impeccable attention to detail.  Considering the exponential growth in bringing stories to life throughout the world, it’s an incredible time to join Netflix! 

Responsibilities include developing document repositories, streamlining contract distribution, reviewing and assessing lease agreements and supporting/suggesting best practices department-wide. 

An individual with strong business acumen, organizational and customer centric skills will thrive in this role, as they will be partnering with internal & external stakeholders globally. The ability to synthesize information and come to an informed decision with incomplete data sets is crucial.  This is a demanding and fast moving position that requires someone who is confident working both independently and in a collaborative group, and able to exercise good judgment and initiative while working with a high volume production slate across all Netflix verticals around the world. 

Specific responsibilities include:

·  Manage contract workflow, and confidently lead the process through completion
·  Work alongside Production Specialists and Managers in leading special projects
·  Coordinate meetings with internal and external partners 
·  Represent the Production Planning & Services team in meetings with internal and external partners
·  Helping our LA-based team in the collection of location image assets and the aggregation of additional unique digital data for our internal Locations Database.
·  Update and maintain inward and outward-facing production resources and documents
·  Update planning and services internal website 
·  Foster collaborations department-wide, and be a catch-all as necessary
·  Develop organizational systems for efficient daily operations in sharing information across all verticals

Qualifications:

·  At least 3 years of experience in Physical Production, Features and/or Series 
·  Previous proven experiences as Production Coordinator, Location Coordinator or Manager
·  Work as part of Film Commission is preferred but not required
·  Knowledge and understanding of the industry in the EMEA market (Stages, Production Service Companies)
·  Fluency in English and additional European language is preferred (example: Spanish, Italian, French, German)
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills 
·  Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, simultaneously being a resource on several projects around the world 
·  Willingness to have flexible hours for timely or urgent matters, and working with stakeholders in different time zones
·  Proficiency in Google Ecosystem is preferred and being overall tech savvy
·  Excellent attention to detail
·  Motivation to continue learning to ensure understanding of current and future production best practices
