Netflix is in search of an experienced contracts administrator to handle a wide array of responsibilities related to Netflix's consumer products initiative, as well as managing administrative duties for the Consumer Products Business & Legal team.    The Consumer Products team is working to amplify fan love around key franchises by developing new channels for consumers and communities to interact with Netflix, through physical products, programs at retail, interactive games, experiences and publishing. This is a unique opportunity to be an important part of a growing Netflix initiative.   The Role:  ​The individual taking on this role will have a strong emphasis on organization and a high level of attention to detail.  You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, are quick-thinking, adaptable to change, able to juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time and are self-motivated. You must have excellent project management skills, and the ability to work proactively, independently and reliably under tight time-frames.  You will work closely with the Netflix Consumer Products team, as well as counterparts in various Content Legal functions to ​extract and synthesize information necessary to guide the Consumer Products team as they develop their products and programs. 
·  Data entry (management and maintenance Consumer Products deal management system). Uploading of contract terms into database, collaborating with Finance/Accounting as payment or reporting issues arise, and managing deal renewals/expirations.  
·  Administer and maintain database(s), deal trackers and other similar resources relating to contract information.
·  Administer workflow for book and soundtrack tie-in deals, non-disclosure agreements, and trademark authorization letters. 
·  Maintain calendars for executives including booking and confirming cross-functional meetings across multiple time zones. Some administrative duties relating to travel and processing of expense reports.
